What if I haven’t received my exhibitor manual yet?
Exhibitor manuals will be available online from the middle
of February 2005. You will be sent a letter with a password and instructions
on how to access your manual in a pdf format . If you haven’t
received your manual by March 2005, please contact:

When do I get my exhibitor badges?
We will automatically e-mail you a link in March 2005 that will enable you to order your exhibitor badges for all stand personnel quickly and easily. Alternatively, there is a form in your exhibitor manual that you can email back. Extra badges can also be collected on site during build up.
Do I get free parking at the event?
Unfortunately there is no free parking for anyone attending the
event. Earls Court 2 currently has limited parking available so please
be sure to pre-book your parking. This can be done either through
the online manual or by calling +44

871 9809 or using the Earls Court 2 website www.eco.co.uk
What about contractor passes
and
contractor vehicle passes?
An application form for contractor passes and contractor vehicle
passes is available in the online exhibitor manual. Ordered passes
will then be sent to you two weeks before the event.
Who can I call about the technical
aspects of my stand?
All contractor forms are included in the online exhibitor manual.

When is build up and break down?
Sunday 29th May 2005: Midday - 6pm
Monday 30th May 2005 : 8am - 6pm
Tuesday 31st May 2005: 8am - 10pm
Friday 3rd June 2005: 4.30pm - 8am
Saturday 4th June
How can I rent the Show database?
Exhibitors can rent a selection from the Broadcast Production Show
database. The list can be selected by company activity, job function,
geographical area, products specified/purchased and company sector.

How can I hire a lightpen?
Light pens are availble for hire at a cost of £175 + vat
and £60 + VAT for each additional pen. PDA's are available
for hire at a cost of £300 + VAT for the first and £100
+ VAT for each subsequent. Light pens can be collected on site, and
the information downloaded at the end of each day of the event. If

How can I maximise my exposure in
the trade press around the event?
In order to get as much press coverage as possible around the event,
it’s vital you tell us what you’re doing and launching
at the Show. Please send all your press releases to:

Can I advertise in the Show Guide?
The Show Guide is the indispensable guide for visitors, and advertising
in the guide is a great way of telling visitors who you are, where
you are, what you are showing and what is on during the Show. For

A FREE entry ticket is available for all exhibitors. Please e-mail
your company information from the online exhibitor manual, including
full contact details and a 50 word company description.
