Visitor FAQ.
How much does it cost?
Entry to The Broadcast Production Show exhibition is FREE as
long as you register
for your FREE ticket . If
you fail to register and arrive on the day, you will be charged £20
to visit the Show. If you have not yet registered, please click
here.
If you are unable to register for your FREE ticket online, please call The Broadcast Production Show hotline on 0870 429 4358 and request a registration form which you can then fax back to register.
Will I automatically receive a FREE ticket if
I have visited the Show before?
No. You must register for a ticket each year. This is to ensure that our database is fully up-to-date and you receive your badge.
When will my badge arrive?
The badges start being sent out 3 weeks before the event so if
you have registered for your FREE ticket in plenty
of time this is when you will receive your badge. If you have applied
late and are worried about not receiving your badge in time don’t
panic. As long as you have registered your details will be on our
database and a badge can be printed when you arrive at the Show.
In this circumstance you will not have to pay the £20 entry
fee.
Are the Workshops free and how can I book?
Workshops at the Show are free to attend on the day but if you want
to guarantee your place the price per session is (£15).
You can pre-book your places from March 2005 and priority will
be given to paying delegates.
5 minutes before each session
starts, if the workshop session isn't at capacity, the doors
will open for the remaining seats to be filled. These will be free-of-charge but
they are strictly on a first come, first served basis.
NB - Demand for places is always high and unless you pre-book you
cannot be guaranteed a seat. If there's a workshop you really want
to attend, we strongly recommend you pre-book to avoid disappointment.
Can I get FREE tickets for a group of people for the Show?
Yes, but we need full contact information for each individual. This includes full name, job title, company name, address, postcode, e-mail address and telephone number.
This can be done online by filling out the registration form and
then clicking ‘back’ on your browser. Then simply fill
out the form with the new individual’s details. Alternatively,
call the Show hotline on 0870
429 4358 and request a number of tickets.
Can students attend?
As The Broadcast Production Show is a trade event we don't encourage
student attendance. However, we understand that students are potentially
the future of the industry so we allow them entry to the Show on
the final day of the event, Friday 3rd June from 12pm onwards. Please
email the organisers at dimitris.mouzourou@emap.com
Can I bring my children?
Children under the age of 16 will not be permitted entry to the
Show.
Is there disabled access?
Earls Court 2 has disabled access and is completely step free inside.
